Aik Studio Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time

Processing Duration: Orders are typically processed within 2โ3 business days (MondayโFriday, excluding holidays). This includes order verification, tailoring/prep (if applicable), and packaging.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order once it is placed. We will also call you to confirm your order and address details to make sure there are no unpleasant surpirse.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within [Country])

Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers namely, Muller & Phipps to delivery your order.

Shipping Rates: Domestic shipping may be calculated at checkout based on a flat rate. Shipping costs Rs 299 under orders of Rs 4999 and is free for orders over Rs 4999

Estimated Delivery Times: Usually 3โ7 business days, depending on your location and the carrierโs schedule. Delivery time for orders from different cities are listed below purely from experience and for illustration:
- Karachi: 1-3 Days
- Lahore: 3-6 Days
- Islamabad: 3-6 Days
- Rawalpindi: 3-6 Days
- Peshawar: 3-6 Days
- Faisalabad: 3-6 Days
3. International Shipping

Regions We Ship To: Currently, Aik Studio ships only in Pakistan.
6. Missed Delivery & Undeliverable Packages

Missed Delivery Attempts: Carriers may leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup if no one is present to receive the package. Please make sure to be reachable by telephone.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to Aik Studio due to an invalid address or the customer not retrieving the parcel in time, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Carrier Liability: Once your order is in the carrierโs hands, they assume responsibility for delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Aik Studio Support: We are happy to assist in filing a claim or investigating a missing shipment. If your package arrives damaged, contact us at contact@aikstudio.co within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
